HOW
IT WORKS
To get into
the meeting centre, you will need to have been added by
the administrator and have a password and username. Your
users (therapists) will see ◄ this screen when you have
added them to the system and given them passwords and
usernames.If you
are the administrator, you will see a screen with many
more options - see below▼
The
actual software providing your counselling room is
hosted on a secure server. This is to allow any problems
to be put right directly from the server.
The
software is easy to use once it's installed. You are the
administrator and can add users or send out invitations
for meetings. If you wish to offer the facility to
others, you just add them as a user and they can invite
their own clients.
If the
software is combined with an SSL (secure socket layer)
then the rooms are totally confidential and virtually
unhackable. This means you can use them for counselling,
supervision or for training purposes, whatever use you
