As a Consultant Neurodiversity Practitioner, I will be responsible for:
- Neurodiversity Therapeutic Support
- Wraparound Service Assessments
- Snapshot Research for organisations supporting Neurodivergent Individuals
Professional Coaching
As a Professional Coach I will be responsible for:
- Personal Life and Professional Coaching Services
- Psychological and Emotional Support at an organisational level
- Debriefing staff that have experienced or witnessed complex relational dynamics that have resulted in heightened distress within their own nervous system
- Motivational speaking on promoting Neurodivergent ways of being within an organisation
