Clinical 1:1 Assessments and Therapeutic Services

Duration of the assessment is based on the complexity or background information required. This would be discussed either in the initial email, text or phone communication setting up the assessment.

Service Includes:

• Assessments include 1:1 – Assessment duration along with the time required in scoring of the specific questionnaires and applying these to a series of therapeutic options that the client may choose which best fits their needs which would be discussed in the next session
• Limited discounts may be applied, reducing the 1.5 hour assessment to £115.00 and the 60-minute assessments to £80.00
• More complex assessments required may involve a wraparound assessment and pricing would be discussed

60 Minute Assessments for 1:1 Counselling and Psychotherapy

Individual Therapeutic Sessions

Sessions in 1:1 counselling and psychotherapy start @ £80.00 per sessional hour.

Sessions Include:

• Planning and preparation before sessions
• 50 minutes of 1:1 support of either face-to-face, online or a hybrid of both with the therapist
• Notating via aide memoirs prior to and after the session
• Limited discounts may be applied for those on a minimum income with a minimum of £72.00 per sessional hour (50 minutes)
• The individuals should request discounts with evidence to substantiate this request before discount rates can be considered
• Price increments may on occasion be necessary due to inflation and increases in costs, which would be discussed with you prior to any increase

Couple Therapy Assessments & Ongoing Therapeutic Sessions

Sessions in 1:1 counselling and psychotherapy are provided under 2 tiers.

Tier 1: 75 minute session (1.5 clinical hours) for initial assessment where both individuals are present and subsequent sessions at £90.00 per sessional hour (50 minutes).

Tier 2: 75 minute session (1.5 clinical hours) for initial assessment where both individuals are present and subsequent sessions at £80.00 per sessional hour (50 minutes). Tier 2 availability would be discussed with the individual initiating contact prior to the arrangement of the assessment.

Sessions Include:

• Limited discounts may be applied for those on a minimum income in Tier 2

Tier 1 Assessment: Full Price

per 75 minute session (1.5 clinical hours) for initial assessment where both individuals are present and subsequent sessions at £90.00 per sessional hour (50 minutes).

Tier 2 Assessment: Full Price

for 75 minute (1.5 clinical hours) for initial assessment where both individuals are present and subsequent sessions at £80.00 per sessional hour (50 minutes). Tier 2 availability would be discussed with the individual initiating contact prior to the arrangement of the assessment.

Executive and Life Coaching

Individual life coaching rates begin at £80.00 per sessional hour.

Executive coaching rates are determined by the type/s of service being requested.

Clinical Supervision

Qualified Professional rate begins at £80.00 per hour.

Service Includes:

• Completing paperwork 
• Providing feedback 
• Completing organisational reports if required. Report writing would be discussed before supervisory agreement is signed
• Maintaining Insurance for service
• CPD at Supervisors expense in specialised areas relevant to professional needs

Students’ Rates

£72.00 / per hour

Service Includes:

• Completing paperwork requested by Course
• Providing feedback to students from recordings that are reviewed within sessions
• Attending college meetings and follow-up phone calls re student supervision throughout the year
• Maintaining insurance for service
• All reports requested by placement must be in agreement with the tripartite agreement with the Educational institution providing the course and the supervisor, and would be further discussed within the supervisory agreement

Writing Letters & Reports

Rates are from £80.00 for any draft of a basic letter of attendance that requires my credentials. More detailed letters require more costs. E.G. PIP letters are generally £100.00 per page.

For some clients a reduced rate can be based on time spent used in session to write the letter and forward with the release form.

More detailed reports are from £120.00 per page where written copies include additional expenses.

Service Includes:

• Reviewing and assessing what are the needs of the individual for existing clients. This is a maximum 10 minute conversation. If the individual requires more time to discuss, a session should be booked to discuss this
• If it is a past client, this involves reviewing the past material, the past times we met, my assessment findings and also how it relates to the work we did, as well as referencing why we do the work the way we do it
• Referencing the letter with academics studies in relation to the content that is being made in the letter/report
• If the individual is not a current client, then an ad hoc coaching session should be arranged to discuss. Please see the fees on coaching
• The finalisation of the draft letter involves Articulating clients’ needs in context with professional literature and professional service allocating for such needs
• Forwarding a draft of the letter for acceptance or making any small changes
• Forwarding a release form to be signed prior to receiving a complete signed digital copy
• Forwarding a digital copy of the letter via a reputable digital signature software 
• Forwarding a written copy in session or via post/courier if required as an additional expense

Other Services

Attendance at Meetings either online or face-to-face.

Service Includes:

• Attendance at meetings with other professionals, employers, schools and colleges
• Offering feedback when possible based on expertise in meetings
• Record keeping prior to and after the session

Phone calls and texting.

Service Includes:

• Telephone calls and/or texting to educational settings, other professionals and/or parents, clients, unless an agreed phone call and/or text is arranged gratis
• You will be informed if this is a gratis service or if there is a cost, and asked to consent for the charges before the phone call or texting takes place
• All gratis phone calls are a maximum of 10 minutes and if the client requires further time to discuss, then this would automatically be charged at the fee. Otherwise, the gratis phone call would come to an end
• Notating via aide memoirs prior to and after the phone call and/or text

All fees will be agreed in discussion with the organisation prior to commencement of any service.
