Over the past number of years, I have often been asked by clients as well as services to refer them to a consultancy organisation that can provide their place of employment support in developing a neuroinclusive workspace. While I have usually referred this out, I have found that the clients and services often revert back to me to discuss some of the nuance aspects of this consultancy service that they are experiencing.
Therefore, it is with great joy, that I am able to offer a new consultancy service that I have just launched in 2025, named ‘The Space Between Us’,
This is essentially a relational consultancy role where I will be available to work closely with local, regional and national businesses in developing and harmonising an authentic neuroinclusive thriving workspace.
What sets this service apart from other neuroinclusive consultancy organisations is that it has been designed around the research findings from my doctoral research along with my 20 years experience of working with neurodivergent individuals, and integrates the wisdom of their experience within this approach.
To provide a synopsis of what this entails
The process begins with in depth but succinct confidential interviews of both employer and employee to assess each of the stakeholders’ needs that fit with the current business model of the organisation as well as the most up to date understandings around nurturing neuroinclusive spaces in relation to the individual needs of the employee/s.
It is though applying reflexivity along with an intersubjective analysis to the findings of these interviews, that we will be able to assess and discover what are the essential missing ingredients and dynamics that are creating obstacles towards a neuroinclusive productive space, as well as identifying the nuggets of neuroinclusivity that already exist within these systems. These research components of reflexivity and intersubjectivity have already been rigorously tried and tested through my doctoral research ‘Bridging the gap between the Autistic, the Therapist, and the Theoretical Perspective: an Intersubjective Analysis.’
By integrating the bespoke findings of this assessment along with my theory of neurotransception that came from the results of my doctoral research, my relational coaching model that I have already applied within my work with individuals, my variation of a relational debriefing model that has already been piloted with great success, my 20 years of experience working closely with neurodivergent individuals, we together can authentically bridge the gaps that are preventing neuroinclusive harmonization within the workspace, as well as nurture this new reflexive intersubjective space we have co-created that will enhance productivity.
I am more than happy to discuss this further at a time that is conducive to your needs and look forward to roll this service out progressively.
